  • DURABLE NON–WOVEN SWABS: our non-sterile swabs come in cut and folded 4-ply, which makes them soft and gentle yet strong when wet. Our medical swabs can be used for general clean procedures (including around stomas) as well as in first aid applications on intact skin. They can be used to clean and dry the area around a wound to clean up or wipe away fluids, such as blood, quickly and easily
  • LIGHTWEIGHT, ABSORBENT MEDICAL GRADE SWABS: Made from viscose and polyester non-woven fabric, the swab is intended to enable the absorption of stoma output and other secretions and exudate without shedding fibres. Pre-cut and folded to 4-ply they are also exceptionally soft and gentle on the skin
  • VERSATILE ALL-AROUND USE: Perfect for use in the hospital or home, a great inclusion to your first aid kit. Our swabs are absorbent and low linting, perfect for cleaning around wounds and in preparation of applying dressings or devices. They are not intended for packing operating sites or on broken skin
  • APPLICATION: Suitable for use in cleaning and preparation, the gauze swabs are non-sterile, so should only be used on intact skin. The soft gauze pads can be used to clean and prepare. Able to absorb blood and exudate, perfect for preparation prior to applying ointments or barriers and before application of dressings or use of medical devices e.g. stoma bags
