Shipping policy

We use Royal Mail to deliver parcels.

We dispatch items from Monday to Friday. 

Customer orders made up to 12 noon are aimed for same day dispatch.

All items usually take 1-3 working days to arrive depending on shipping option chosen. A signature is required. 

If you have selected next day delivery, any orders made by 9am will be dispatched on the same day. 

We are no longer responsible for your items once your products are posted - if there are any issues a claim can be arranged for a resolution. We will endeavour to assist you as much as possible if any shipping issues arise.  

All pre-order items will be sent out as soon as stock is received.
